We offer a full refund when the If you don’t fall in love with your Sexy Bedding, there’s no love lost. Your sheets are eligible for an exchange or return with proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

Every mattress has a 10 year warranty coverage.
This limited warranty covers workmanship, manufacturer’s defects, and materials for a period of years.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
