Shipping policy

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page. Orders are generally shipped the following business day after payment has cleared unless otherwise specified. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery Signature Policy

For Orders Above $1000

  • A signature will be required upon delivery.

For Orders Below $1000:

  • You have the option to select delivery with or without a signature requirement.
  • If you opt for delivery without a signature, you confirm that the parcel can be left outside the provided address premises, and you will take responsibility for any potential loss or damage.

Refund Policy

If you don’t fall in love with your Sexy Bedding products there’s no love lost. Your Sexybedding products are eligible for an exchange or return with proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

Sexy Bedding accepts returns of unused, unwashed items in original packaging purchased through SexyBedding.com

Customers will be responsible for covering any return delivery fees.

Sexy Bedding reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
